Delivery Policy

Dispatch Location

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria. We currently only provide local delivery within our designated service area.
Note: If your postcode falls outside our delivery zone, we are unable to fulfil your order at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

All orders are freshly baked and dispatched  as quickly as possible. Deliveries are made every Thursday — please ensure your order is placed by 9pm on Tuesdays for inclusion in that week’s delivery cycle.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and minimise any inconvenience.

Packaging & Handling

  • Cookies are individually packaged and heat-sealed for freshness.

  • Each order is placed inside a mail box and sealed mailing satchel for safe transport.

  • If no one is home at the time of delivery, the package will be left at the doorstep.

  • Pick-ups are not currently available. However, for larger orders (minimum 3 boxes), we request that you please contact us — we may be able to arrange a scheduled collection.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that all delivery address details are entered correctly when placing your order.

 

Hazel Kooki cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

 

An additional delivery fee may apply, and your order will need to be rescheduled for a later delivery time.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, especially during warm or extreme heat conditions.

Weather Advisory

While we take reasonable steps to protect product quality, warm weather conditions may cause cookies to soften or melt. Packaging and delivery processes are designed to minimise exposure to heat; however, once deliveries are made, Hazel Kooki cannot be held responsible for temperature-related changes that may occur if parcels are left outside for extended periods at the customer’s request.

Unforeseen Delays

While we strive to meet delivery schedules, circumstances outside our control — such as vehicle breakdowns or extreme weather — may occasionally cause delays.
We appreciate your understanding in such instances.
